Az sem ritka, hogy valamilyen eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi probl\u00e9m\u00e1val kapcsolatban halljuk, hogy: \u201ct\u00fal stresszes\u201d vagy \u201cne stresszeljen r\u00e1\u201d. Ez \u00edgy mind sz\u00e9p \u00e9s j\u00f3, de mit \u00e9rt\u00fcnk azalatt, hogy stresszkezel\u00e9s? Hogyan tehet\u00fcnk h\u00e9tk\u00f6znapi emberk\u00e9nt a stresszmentes mindennapok\u00e9rt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-02ceab44d23e022ebc895ba10e037fba\">Maga a stressz defini\u00e1l\u00e1sa meglehet\u0151sen neh\u00e9z feladat. Picit tal\u00e1n olyan, mintha a szerelem fogalm\u00e1t k\u00eds\u00e9reln\u00e9nk meg egyetlen egy definici\u00f3ba s\u0171r\u00edteni, holott ez mindenkinek a saj\u00e1t, egy\u00e9ni meg\u00e9l\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l f\u00fcgg. Van, aki m\u00e1r att\u00f3l is fesz\u00fclt lesz, ha lek\u00e9si a buszt reggel, m\u00edg m\u00e1sokn\u00e1l ez a hat\u00e1r sokkal kijjebb tol\u00f3dik. Egy dolog biztos: ilyen vagy olyan form\u00e1ban, de a stressz alapvet\u0151en mindannyiunk \u00e9let\u00e9ben jelen van. \u00c9ppen ez\u00e9rt a c\u00e9l nem is felt\u00e9tlen a stressz megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9se (hiszen ez lehetetlen), hanem azoknak a kis mindennapi bossz\u00fas\u00e1goknak az azonos\u00edt\u00e1sa \u00e9s kezel\u00e9se, amelyek nem felt\u00e9tlen tudatosak, de sokszor m\u00e9gis \u00f6sszead\u00f3dnak, hatnak r\u00e1nk \u00e9s olykor el\u00e9gg\u00e9 megnehez\u00edtik a mindennapokat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1bc018fc2d8b35f04c07e56e2668b0e8\"><strong>Mikor van \u201cbaj\u201d?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-65a05d6cf655b64a6491db40f7368eca\">Fontos hangs\u00falyozni, hogy a fizikai \u00e9s lelki eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcnk meg\u0151rz\u00e9se szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l valamennyi stresszre mindenf\u00e9lek\u00e9ppen sz\u00fcks\u00e9g\u00fcnk van. Ezt az \u00fagynevezett pozit\u00edv stresszt&nbsp;<em>eustressznek&nbsp;<\/em>is szokt\u00e1k nevezni, amely n\u00f6velheti a teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u00fcnket \u00e9s sokszor motiv\u00e1l\u00f3an hat r\u00e1nk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c07f9f2d595f67b33fba607e74c3a312\">Mindenkin\u00e9l l\u00e9tezik teh\u00e1t egy saj\u00e1t, optim\u00e1lis tartom\u00e1ny, ha azonban a stressz ezt kr\u00f3nikusan t\u00fall\u00e9pi, akkor az gyakran testi \u00e9s lelki betegs\u00e9gekhez vezethet, amit pedig&nbsp;<em>distressznek&nbsp;<\/em>nevez\u00fcnk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-154f0cd32cc632afa9eddad9dffc07a4\"><strong>Mi az a stresszkezel\u00e9s?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b6268578498e577dab15e16f5b84be1f\">Val\u00f3j\u00e1ban mindannyian \u0171z\u00fcnk stresszkezel\u00e9st valamilyen form\u00e1ban, de sokszor automatikusan, \u00edgy nem is felt\u00e9tlen vagyunk tudat\u00e1ban. Amikor fesz\u00fclt helyzetben egy doh\u00e1nyos r\u00e1gy\u00fajt, amikor egy hossz\u00fa nap ut\u00e1n futni megy\u00fcnk, vagy felh\u00edvjuk egy bar\u00e1tunkat \u201epanaszkodni\u201d, akkor tulajdonk\u00e9ppen mindannyian stresszkezel\u00e9st v\u00e9gz\u00fcnk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9ee7c99fcff18cdf3d6340b5c39c0f64\">L\u00e1thatjuk azonban, hogy l\u00e9teznek konstrukt\u00edv \u00e9s nem konstrukt\u00edv fesz\u00fclts\u00e9glevezet\u00e9si form\u00e1k, amelyeket tudatosan vagy tudattalanul, de mindannyian alkalmazunk.
